מִ֣י זֹ֗את עֹלָה֙ מִן־הַמִּדְבָּ֔ר מִתְרַפֶּ֖קֶת עַל־דּוֹדָ֑הּ תַּ֤חַת הַתַּפּ֙וּחַ֙ עֽוֹרַרְתִּ֔יךָ שָׁ֚מָּה חִבְּלַ֣תְךָ אִמֶּ֔ךָ שָׁ֖מָּה חִבְּלָ֥ה יְלָדַֽתְךָ׃
װער איז די װאָס גײט אױף פֿונעם מדבר, זיך טוליענדיק צו איר געליבטן? אונטערן עפּלבױם האָב איך דיך אױפֿגעװעקט; דאָרטן האָט דײַן מוטער געװײטאָקט מיט דיר, דאָרט האָט געװײטאָקט די װאָס האָט דיך געבאָרן.
Song of Songs
I would lead You. I would bring You to the house of my mother [(the Temple)]. You would teach me [(as You did in the tent of meeting)]. I would give You spiced wine [(the libations)] to drink, the sweet wine of my pomegranate.
